Overview

The Client Support team at CVS Health is seeking dedicated Client Support Representatives to assist clients and participants with their needs, ensuring timely resolution of issues and enhancing client satisfaction.

In Short

  • Address client and participant issues in a timely manner.
  • Manage complaints, suggestions, and comments.
  • Provide feedback on service incidents.
  • Track client contact in the database.
  • Support plan benefits as requested by clients.
  • Work collaboratively with the Account Management team.
  • Maintain communication via email, fax, and telephone.
  • Participate in scheduled overtime and weekend shifts as needed.
  • Work in a hybrid or remote capacity after training.
  • Ensure maximum client satisfaction and issue trending.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of Customer Service Experience.
  • 1+ years of Call Center Experience.
  • 1+ years of Health Care Industry Experience.
  • Experience with PeopleSafe and RxClaim preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Higher education preferred.
  • Ability to build partnerships and navigate complex structures.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Organizational skills to track client interactions.
