Security and Compliance Manager - Remote

Overview

This business-enabling role will have a direct impact on scaling and strengthening Ramp’s security and compliance practices, driving initiatives across security compliance, third-party risk management, and assurance.

In Short

• Support the governance risk and compliance management program.
• Perform targeted gap assessments for business expansion.
• Manage risk program activities including risk identification and prioritization.
• Assess security risks and create treatment plans.
• Design and implement a security control framework.
• Support GRC tool implementation and optimization.
• Optimize third-party risk management programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on compliance initiatives.
• Work with external auditors and regulators for compliance.
• Assist the go-to-market team with customer security due diligence.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience with security requirements and standards.
• Minimum 3 years in supporting GRC programs in regulated industries.
• Ability to lead end-to-end security audits.
• Excellent understanding of risks and prioritization.
• Experience with third-party risk management programs.
• Proficient risk management and communication skills.
• Experience working with customers on security concerns.
• Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally.
