In Short

• Manage and oversee all security policies and standards at Cloudflare.
• Develop, implement, and maintain security policies to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security policies into business processes.
• Improve the maturity of Cloudflare’s Security program.
• Collaborate with specialists to develop policy review processes.
• Help maintain and mature security and privacy controls.
• Guide overall security and privacy policies and governance architecture.
• Contribute to the overall security compliance strategy and roadmap.

Requirements

• 3-6 years in security compliance with a focus on security policies.
• Knowledge of Security Compliance Frameworks.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in drafting technical policies and standards.
• Experience in auditing network and application security.
• Familiarity with security standards like ISO 27000, SOC 2, PCI DSS.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• CISA, CRISC, CISSP, CIPP, CIPM, or CIPT are a plus.
