• Orchestrate seamless onboarding & implementations for key customer expansions.
• Deliver elite, tiered support as the named Solutions Architect for dedicated partners.
• Build deep, consultative relationships with customers, providing tailored guidance.
• Leverage AI insights to provide strategic recommendations for operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Account Management to align technical solutions with renewals.
• Create scalable resources and templates for standardized support and onboarding.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a role blending technical and strategic responsibilities.
• Proven track record of balancing structured support with strategic consultation.
• Exceptional communication skills with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Deep familiarity with CRM systems and higher education processes.
• Direct experience with the Element451 platform is highly preferred.
