In Short

  • Run 5-8 concurrent searches from intake to close.
  • Lead recruiting intake sessions to clarify role outcomes and interview plans.
  • Build and manage pipelines through outbound sourcing and inbound applicant flow.
  • Drive a strong candidate experience with clear expectations and timely updates.
  • Partner with leaders on offer strategy and closing plans.
  • Proactively identify and engage qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Write clear, human, and compelling outreach messages.
  • Use AI-enabled tools to accelerate sourcing and outreach.
  • Maintain accurate workflows and data in Ashby.
  • Support People Ops as needed.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of recruiting experience, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting including intake, sourcing, and closing.
  • Strong fundamentals in sourcing and outreach.
  • Ability to improve hiring processes and systems.
  • Comfortable using AI for research and workflow automation.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and process discipline.
  • Confident in partnering with hiring managers.
  • Comfortable using modern tools for organization.
