Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruiting and selection.
  • Strong judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of competency-based interviewing techniques.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Experience in healthcare or clinical recruitment is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Workday or similar ATS.
  • Associates degree or equivalent experience in HR or related field.
  • Interest in process innovation.
