In Short

  • Serve as a product expert and advocate for mental health.
  • Own forecasting projections for revenue and renewals.
  • Identify upsell opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and manage positive relationships with customers.
  • Manage the entire customer lifecycle, including implementations and renewals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes.
  • Support sales efforts and net new business acquisition.
  • Leverage data to drive results and adjust strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in account management or customer success.
  • Experience driving revenue through forecasting and renewals.
  • Previous experience managing Fortune 100 clients.
  • Strong understanding of sales motions similar to farmer sales roles.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Organized with attention to detail.
  • Resourceful and proactive in fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to consult customers effectively.
  • High integrity and professionalism.
