• Lead the end-to-end recruiting process across all departments.

Requirements

• 8+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 3 years in management.
• Passion for people management and mentorship.
• Proven success in hiring across various functions.
• Experience with executive-level searches.
• Strong command of recruiting tools and data-driven decisions.
• Curiosity about new technologies, including AI.
• Solutions-oriented mindset and proactive attitude.
