Overview

The Sales Executive drives new business for Gravie’s Level-Funded (Comfort) and ICHRA products through broker partnerships and direct employer relationships, focusing on executing a disciplined sales process and achieving sales targets.

In Short

  • Meet or exceed new business sales goals for assigned territory and product lines.
  • Develop and manage relationships with regional brokers and consultants.
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities with small and mid-sized employer groups.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Partner with internal teams for smooth quoting, underwriting, and onboarding.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate pipeline data within CRM systems.
  • Stay current on market trends and regulatory changes.

Requirements

  • 3–7+ years of sales experience in health insurance or benefits consulting.
  • Established relationships with regional brokers preferred.
  • Strong understanding of health plan funding models.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-starter with a drive to exceed goals.
