Overview

The VP, Sales drives growth across Gravie’s Level-Funded (Comfort) and ICHRA offerings within an assigned region, focusing on cultivating relationships with benefits brokers and employer groups.

In Short

  • Achieve or exceed annual new business sales goals.
  • Develop and execute regional sales plans targeting brokers and consultants.
  • Build strong relationships with key broker partners.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Gravie’s products and market positioning.
  • Partner with internal teams for smooth transitions from sale to implementation.
  • Represent Gravie at industry events and conferences.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts within CRM systems.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of sales experience in health insurance or employee benefits.
  • Strong broker and consultant relationships in the assigned region.
  • Deep understanding of Level-Funded and/or ICHRA plan designs.
  • Excellent consultative selling and negotiation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work autonomously.
