Overview

The Vice President, Strategic Accounts is a senior enterprise sales role responsible for driving Gravie’s growth in the large-group ICHRA market, focusing on winning new large employers as clients.

  • Identify and build relationships with senior employer decision makers.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from discovery to executive negotiations.
  • Deliver compelling finalist presentations.
  • Build relationships with national consulting firms and brokers.
  • Educate consultants on Gravie’s ICHRA model.
  • Collaborate with channel leadership on strategies for enterprise pursuits.
  • Monitor market trends and employer needs.
  • Identify strategic opportunities to expand Gravie’s presence.
  • Provide market feedback to inform product decisions.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of sales or consulting experience in health insurance.
  • Proven track record of closing complex deals with large employers.
  • Deep understanding of ICHRA and funding models.
  • Ability to navigate actuarial and compliance considerations.
  • Experience in a high growth company is a plus.
