Overview

The Vice President, Strategic Accounts - Sales, will drive new business growth and expand existing relationships within a select portfolio of top-tier pharmaceutical accounts, focusing on selling enterprise cloud-based technology platforms.

  • Lead sales and business development execution at assigned strategic accounts.
  • Drive net-new revenue opportunities through consultative selling.
  • Develop comprehensive account plans and stakeholder mapping.
  • Build compelling business cases for IntegriChain’s platform.
  • Manage complex sales cycles with C-suite engagement.
  • Achieve quarterly/annual new business quotas.
  • Ensure alignment of marketing and sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data and forecasting in Salesforce.
  • Drive customer retention and renewal processes.
  • Engage in executive business reviews for assigned accounts.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in pharma sales.
  • Experience managing high-value accounts.
  • Exceptional customer relationship management skills.
  • Proven track record of selling to large pharmaceutical accounts.
  • Ability to sell technology platforms in the $5M to $10M range.
  • Familiarity with pharma commercialization and market access.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
