As the Area Vice President - Strategic Sales at Motive, you will be a key leader in our fastest growing segment, managing a team of Regional Vice Presidents and guiding them to turn Motive’s largest prospects into customers.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience as a 2nd line leader of a SaaS sales team.
  • 7+ years experience managing SaaS sales teams.
  • Strong customer communication and empathy skills.
  • Passion for coaching and developing sales talent.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in strategic account management.
  • Rigor and accountability in team processes.
  • Ability to motivate teams to achieve revenue targets.
  • Excellence in sales process understanding.
