In Short

  • We are seeking an experienced and motivated Area Vice President - Sales professional.
  • Lead the growth of Innovaccer’s Contract Modeling, Financial Analytics, and Actuarial Intelligence solutions.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive adoption among healthcare providers.
  • Focus on cross-selling and upselling to existing customers.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams for effective positioning of solutions.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with senior executives.
  • Lead high-value negotiations and complex sales cycles.
  • Ensure customer goals are met and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Experience in the Healthcare industry is required.
  • Actuarial background is desirable.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of professional experience in the Healthcare industry.
  • Good understanding of VBC Provider Contracting and Network Development.
  • Knowledge of contract arrangements like MSSP and Shared Services Model.
  • Experience in management consulting or marketing is a plus.
  • Sales / Customer Success / Account management experience in the Provider and Payer market.
