Overview

IntegriChain’s Advisory Services team partners with life sciences companies to navigate the complex world of government pricing, contracting, and compliance. As Senior Manager, you will lead engagements that help manufacturers, especially pre-commercial and emerging companies, establish and optimize government pricing frameworks, maintain compliance, and prepare for product launches.

In Short

• Lead advisory engagements for government pricing and compliance.
• Provide strategic guidance on calculation methodologies and contract obligations.
• Support pre-commercial clients in building compliant frameworks.
• Develop clear recommendations for C-suite and VP-level stakeholders.
• Drive strategic initiatives aligned to the Advisory mission.
• Manage onboarding and development of team members.
• Lead business development efforts within existing accounts.
• Oversee project work plans, budgets, and timelines.
• Deliver insights and analyses that translate data into decisions.
• Publish thought leadership content to enhance firm visibility.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in consulting or life sciences.
• Proven track record advising on government pricing programs.
• Experience leading client-facing projects and managing teams.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
