Government Cost & Pricing Manager - Remote

Overview

Forefront Government Services is seeking a Pricing Specialist to join our team of dedicated professionals. The selected individual will support Forefront's Government Business Division to prepare compliant and competitive Price Proposals while collaborating with Finance, Contracts, Compensation and other allied functional support teams.

In Short

• Leads and manages major and complex cost proposals valued at $5M- $50M annually.
• Applies knowledge of financial analysis and Government proposal pricing techniques.
• Drafts and finalizes Cost/Pricing in compliance with Section L and M directives.
• Develops complex pricing strategies and performs risk and cash flow analyses.
• Presents price assumptions and financial summaries to senior leadership.
• Ensures alignment with Section M RFP criteria and supports Business Unit growth.
• Prepares special reports and analysis for audits and department administration.
• Assists other pricing analysts during periods of surge demand.
• Provides guidance for less experienced team members on compliance-related issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of direct federal government pricing experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of government pricing practices and regulations.
• Experience with subcontractor data calls and price proposals.
• Strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced MS Excel skills.
• Management and/or mentorship experience of junior pricing analysts.
• Federal Government Price to Win analysis experience.
• Top Secret I SCI clearance eligible.
