Engagement Master, Data Aggregation - Remote

Overview

The Engagement Master at IntegriChain will support data aggregation customers, primarily in the life sciences and pharmaceutical sectors, ensuring successful utilization of data aggregation solutions.

In Short

• Manage client activities and support to ensure programs meet expectations.
• Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries and issues.
• Analyze customer requirements to develop functional resolution tools.
• Design and deliver presentations tailored to customer needs.
• Assemble and analyze Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators.
• Evaluate risks and quality to minimize negative impacts on programs.
• Present updates on performance and quality to stakeholders.
• Lead internal teams in developing IntegriChain’s solutions.
• Build relationships with senior executives and stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and training to internal team members.

Requirements

• Ability to collaborate at all levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Applications, especially Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in customer success or project management roles.
• Experience in querying tables using SQL.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience in developing relationships with customers.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
