Overview

The Engagement Manager at Argano plays a crucial role in building strong and lasting relationships with clients. They are responsible for overseeing client engagements, driving sales initiatives, and ensuring successful project delivery. They manage a portfolio of complex accounts for Data and AI, and serve as the point of contact for these accounts. This role involves strategic client relationship management, sales target attainment, and coordination of cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field, expected.
• 12+ years of experience in client-facing roles within the technology or consulting industry.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of Azure services, Power BI/Fabric and data management processes.
• Excellent project management, leadership, and client relationship skills.
