Manager, Material Master Data Management - Remote

Overview

The Manager, Material Master Data Management will lead and guide the activities in shaping the strategic direction of master data management (MDM) within the Supply Chain organization. This role involves providing leadership by designing, creating, and maintaining optimal processes and procedures while building Master Data modeling expertise to analyze and validate gathered data.

• Lead and manage a team of Material Master Data analysts and coordinators.
• Develop and implement global standard operating procedures (SOPs) for Material Master Data lifecycle management.
• Utilize Master Data Governance tools for forecasting and standardization in SAP.
• Define SAP master data requirements for new product financial flows.
• Enhance data quality and optimize analytics capabilities through collaboration.
• Identify and mitigate critical data issues to ensure business continuity.
• Support centralized master data operations for enterprise data elements.
• Provide data analysis for various levels of processes.
• Examine and report data metrics and KPIs for strategic insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in statistics, business, management, science, or economics.
• 8 years of experience in Statistical Modeling, Operations, or Supply Chain Management.
• 3 years of Master Data management experience in a global Supply Chain environment.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and SAP MDG/S4 HANA systems.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Master Data Management and Data Governance principles.
• Proficiency in SQL and data management principles.
• Change management skills preferred.
