Overview

The Vice President, Strategic Accounts is responsible for growing and managing existing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and meeting sales targets through effective leadership and strategic planning.

  • Serve as point of escalation for delivery concerns.
  • Collaborate with global teams to develop uniform processes.
  • Advocate for CRM usage and maintain account data.
  • Mentor Client Service Directors and Account Managers.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance business communication and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of healthcare market research experience.
  • Business development experience required.
  • Exceptional multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
  • Solid relationship building and management skills.
  • Effective communication abilities.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong self-discipline and organizational habits.
  • Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
