Overview

As the Vice President of Strategic Account Management, you will build and lead a high-performing team responsible for deepening client relationships, driving renewals and revenue expansion inside existing clients, and delivering exceptional outcomes to our Employer Benefits & Payor clients.

  • Lead commercial strategy across renewals and contract negotiations.
  • 10+ years of experience in strategic account management.
  • Exceptional executive presence and communication skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree or MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in strategic account management or enterprise relationship leadership.
  • Proven success in leading client-facing professionals.
  • High technology literacy and ability to lead data-driven discussions.
  • A strong sense of ownership and strategic thinking.
  • Availability and ability to travel regularly.

Benefits

  • Total On-Target Earnings (OTE): $205,000 – $280,000.
  • Base Salary Range: $170,000 – $200,000.
