Overview

The VP, Sales drives growth across Gravie’s Level-Funded (Comfort) and ICHRA offerings within an assigned region, focusing on cultivating and expanding relationships with benefits brokers, consultants, and employer groups.

In Short

  • Achieve or exceed annual new business sales goals for both Level-Funded and ICHRA products.
  • Develop and execute regional sales plans targeting brokers, consultants, and mid-market employers.
  • Build strong, consultative relationships with key broker partners.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Gravie’s products and market positioning.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth transition from sale to implementation.
  • Represent Gravie at industry events and broker meetings.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and sales documentation.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of sales experience in health insurance or employee benefits.
  • Strong pre-existing broker and consultant relationships.
  • Deep understanding of Level-Funded and/or ICHRA plan designs.
  • Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work autonomously.
