Overview

The RN Manager – Clinical Triage Program will oversee and execute centralized triage operations, ensuring timely, safe, and clinically sound responses to patient needs while supervising a team of RNs providing phone-based clinical triage.

Requirements

• Active RN license in the applicable state.
• 5+ years of clinical experience with complex medical conditions.
• 3+ years of experience managing clinical staff.
• Exceptional clinical judgment and triage skills.
• Proficiency with electronic health records.
• Ability to work nontraditional hours for team supervision.
• Valid driver's license and insured vehicle access.
