Precision for Medicine is looking for an experienced Clinical Trial Manager to join our growing team. Candidates can work remotely in UK, Spain, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Serbia or Slovakia.

In Short

• Manage clinical trials across multiple countries.
• Lead Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) and oversee clinical aspects of studies.
• Ensure timeline adherence and quality delivery.
• Work collaboratively with functional team members.
• Mentor and train team members.
• Identify and manage risks to study timelines.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Support operational delivery of clinical trial elements.
• Plan and execute trial deliverables successfully.
• Maintain focus on study priorities through effective partnerships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science or health-related field.
• Experience in leading clinical studies in a CRO/Pharma or Biotech.
• Significant clinical trial management experience in oncology.
• Knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines.
• Availability for travel.
• Effective communication skills in English.
• Proficient in MS Office and clinical trial management software.
• Ability to build positive working relationships.
• Understanding of medical terminology and clinical trial activities.
• Mastery of ICH-GCP and regulatory guidance.
