Precision for Medicine is looking for an experienced Clinical Trial Manager to join our growing team. Candidates can work remotely in UK, Spain, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Serbia or Slovakia.

• Manage clinical aspects of studies across multiple countries.
• Lead CRAs and ensure quality delivery of clinical trials.
• Oversee site selection, start-up, and monitoring of trials.
• Maintain timelines and manage shifting priorities.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
• Identify risks and propose solutions for study challenges.
• Mentor and train team members.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory documentation.
• Support the operational delivery of clinical trials.
• Work with autonomy to deliver successful outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science or health-related field.
• Experience in clinical trial management, especially in oncology.
• Knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
