Clinical Trial Manager - Remote

Overview

The Clinical Trial Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of clinical trials from start-up through close-out, ensuring compliance with study protocols and regulatory requirements.

• Manage execution and conduct of complex clinical studies.
• Oversee vendor/CRO selection and management.
• Handle study contracting, budget, and payment processes.
• Lead protocol and consent preparation, and investigator selection.
• Collaborate with Clinical Data Management for data integrity.
• Train study personnel on protocol implementation.
• Monitor and track clinical trial progress.
• Support sample testing for studies.
• Develop SOPs and participate in audits.
• Provide mentorship to junior staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences required; advanced degree preferred.
• 8 years of clinical research experience, with 4 years in a management role.
• Experience in regulated environments.
• Preferred experience managing CROs.
