Precision for Medicine is looking for an experienced Clinical Trial Manager to join our growing team. Candidates can work remotely in UK, Spain, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Serbia or Slovakia.

In Short

• Manage clinical trials with a focus on oncology.
• Lead Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) and oversee clinical aspects of studies.
• Ensure adherence to timelines and quality delivery.
• Collaborate closely with functional team members.
• Mentor and train team members.
• Identify and manage risks to study timelines.
• Maintain effective communication throughout the trial process.
• Support operational delivery including site selection and monitoring.
• Work with autonomy and ownership to drive successful outcomes.
• Utilize computer skills and software for trial management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a science or health-related field.
• Experience in clinical trial management, especially in oncology.
• Knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and clinical development processes.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
