Project Support Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Project Support Specialist will serve as a member of the project team providing cross-functional support with the goal of contributing toward efficient management of the studies to which they are assigned.

In Short

• Creates and maintains the project timeline in MS Project or similar system.
• Schedules internal and external meetings, takes meeting minutes, and files them in the Trial Master File.
• Performs activities in the Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS).
• Prepares and manages study-specific training.
• Establishes a study-level Share Point site for collaboration.
• Orders study supplies and manages queries.
• Maintains various study trackers as directed by project leadership.
• Communicates with study sites and investigators.
• Supports the preparation and distribution of study material.
• May act as a point of contact for project-related requests.

Requirements

• 4-year college degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in clinical trial support.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office programs.
• Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate proficiently in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory guidance.
• Solid interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to professional standards.
