Overview

Blanchard is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Support Specialist (PSS) to provide essential administrative and operational support to our client-facing teams. In this key role, you'll help ensure smooth project delivery through efficient task execution, resource coordination, and top-notch internal service.

In Short

  • Provide administrative support to project managers
  • Schedule resources and manage project tasks
  • Perform order entry and data management in NetSuite
  • Assist in project setup using Kantata
  • Conduct tech checks and vendor setups
  • Coordinate course evaluations and client demos
  • Support meeting scheduling and administrative duties
  • Resolve customer requests and inquiries
  • Participate in team meetings for process improvements
  • Build trust and maintain communication with project managers

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree with 3+ years in customer or project support
  • Experience coordinating projects, programs, or events
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and NetSuite
  • Knowledge of Kantata and Smartsheet is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Willingness to travel up to 2% for meetings
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Commitment to exceptional customer service
