Overview

The Product Support Specialist at PAR Technology Corporation plays a critical role in engaging with business customers and providing technical support for the PAR marketing platform's SaaS application.

In Short

Engage with business customers via phone and email.
Support the PAR marketing platform's SaaS application.
Troubleshoot technical issues within the PAR SaaS platform.
Understand customers' business needs for campaigns.
Work in a 24/7 rotational shift, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years in a technical support role within a SaaS company.
Experience in SMTP, DNS, HTML/CSS, network troubleshooting, and API log reading.
Experience with marketing technology or digital marketing campaigns is a plus.
Curious and investigative with strong communication skills.
Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field.
