Overview

We are looking for a Product Support Specialist to empower our customers in making the most of Cleafy’s product and services.

In Short

  • Be the first point of contact for clients, addressing their questions and recommending solutions.
  • Deliver outstanding client experience reflecting Cleafy’s commitment to excellent customer support.
  • Foster positive client relationships through strong communication.
  • Handle incoming client support tickets and resolve issues within service-level agreements (SLA).
  • Gather technical information and troubleshoot medium-impact technical issues.
  • Evaluate and classify tickets for appropriate resolution.
  • Provide clear updates to clients regarding ticket progress.
  • Share resources to assist clients in using Cleafy’s platform effectively.
  • Contribute to improving support processes and maintain documentation.
  • Work closely with the team to enhance customer enablement strategy.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proactive attitude and passion for technology.
  • Prior experience with help desk software is a bonus.
