Project Support Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Project Support Specialist will serve as a member of the project team providing cross-functional support with the goal of contributing toward efficient management of the studies to which they are assigned.

In Short

• Creates and maintains project timelines in MS Project.
• Schedules meetings and takes minutes.
• Maintains study milestone dates in Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS).
• Prepares and documents study-specific training.
• Establishes study-level Share Point sites.
• Manages user access to study systems.
• Orders study supplies and prepares study binders.
• Maintains various study trackers as directed.
• Communicates with study sites and investigators.
• Supports the preparation and distribution of study materials.

Requirements

• 4-year college degree or equivalent experience in business, scientific or healthcare discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a clinical support role.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory guidance.
• Strong interpersonal skills and self-motivation.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
