Product Support Specialist - Remote

Overview

Medline Industries is seeking a Product Support Specialist to provide in-depth knowledge and support to internal product and sales teams in the Orthopedics division.

In Short

• Collaborate with the Product Support team to address customer/sales requests.
• Resolve intermediate to difficult problems and collaborate on complex issues.
• Cross-reference external brands with Medline products.
• Identify training deficiencies and report to management.
• Assess product offering gaps and coordinate with product managers.
• Provide administrative support to sales representatives.
• Work remotely within Pacific Time (PST).
• Requires at least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills are necessary.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous healthcare experience is a plus.
