Requirements

• 5+ years of data engineering experience, including 3+ years focused on machine learning.
• Graduate degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
• Entrepreneurial and mission-driven mindset.
• Hands-on expertise in developing and implementing modern LLM models.
• Experience with deploying ML models in production environments.
• Strong Python and SQL skills.
• Experience with AWS Sagemaker and ML pipelines.
• Ability to improve ML infrastructure for stability and scalability.
• Healthcare experience is valuable but not required.
