Overview

The Senior System Engineer will be responsible for managing complex customer infrastructures with close customer contact, either on-site or remotely, focusing on SMEs.

In Short

Manage customer infrastructures in close contact with clients.
Consult, operate, and develop on-premise and cloud platforms.
Participate in change, problem, and incident management.
Provide technical analysis and troubleshooting support.
Gather IT infrastructure requirements and assist in the presales process.
Create IT concepts and architectures based on client needs.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients.
Focus on quality in project implementation.

Requirements

Completed higher education in IT or equivalent experience.
Solid understanding of SME IT architectures.
Experience with Windows Server, networking, Azure, and M365.
Innovative mindset with motivation for improvement.
Ability to analyze, optimize, and automate tasks.
Strong documentation and presentation skills.
Excellent German and very good English skills.
