Overview

As a Professional System Engineer, you will be responsible for managing complex customer infrastructures, ensuring optimal service delivery, and contributing to the development and maintenance of IT solutions.

Responsible for managing customer infrastructures on-site or remotely.
Consulting, operating, and developing On-Premise, Private, and Public Cloud platforms.
Involvement in Change, Problem, and Incident Management.
Gathering IT infrastructure requirements from clients.
Supporting the creation of IT concepts and architectures.
Acting as a trusted advisor to clients.
Ensuring quality in customer support and project execution.

Requirements

Completed higher education in IT or equivalent experience.
Extensive understanding of IT architectures.
Several years of experience with IT infrastructures, including Windows Server and Azure.
Innovative mindset with a drive for improvement.
Excellent German and good English language skills.
