Professional Engineer - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Professional Engineer to join our Community Design Team to improve infrastructure in our Tampa, Orlando or Palm Bay office.

In Short

• Manage and provide technical support for transportation/roadway design and municipal civil engineering projects.
• Responsible for project proposal development and execution.
• Manage resources to deliver projects on time and under budget.
• Provide design/technical expertise and coordinate with team members.
• Maintain lasting client relationships and generate additional sales.
• Supervise engineering project review (QA/QC) process.
• Assist with project reports and technical presentations.
• Estimate fees and review project plans and specifications.
• Maintain a safe working environment.
• Flexible hybrid-remote work schedule available after 90 days.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering required.
• 10 to 15 years of design and project/task management experience required.
• Florida Professional Engineer license required.
• Knowledge of local, state, and national permitting required.
• Knowledge of CADD required.
• Master's Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering preferred.
• Project Manager Certification preferred.
• Self-motivated and able to work well with others.
