Entry Level Civil/Environmental Engineer - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an Entry Level Civil/Environmental Engineer to join our ICE team to improve infrastructure in our Flint or Bay City office.

In Short

• Design various site development projects including commercial, institutional, and residential plans.
• Obtain jurisdictional approvals/permits.
• Prepare design reports and construction plans using local and state standards.
• Prepare preliminary project cost estimates and evaluate quantities.
• Assist with/review scope, budget, and schedule of new project tasks.
• Monitor task budget and progress.
• Conduct on-site observations as needed.
• Maintain multiple project assignments.
• Verify field survey notes.
• Assist Project Managers and attend various meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering required.
• 0 - 3 years of related experience in site development required.
• Completion of Part I of the Fundamentals of Engineering Exam preferred.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication/coordination skills are essential.
