Overview

The Professional Services Engineer at Perforce will be responsible for architecting, implementing, and optimizing Delphix solutions for enterprise clients, collaborating with customers to understand their technical requirements and leading deployment processes.

• Deliver infrastructure architecture design and integration of Delphix solutions.
• Translate customer use cases into actionable solution architectures.
• Collaborate with customer teams to automate workflows using scripting and APIs.
• Provide technical guidance and best practices to client teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve environment-specific issues.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for deployments.
• Drive end-to-end technical project delivery.

Requirements

• Database Administration experience with SQL Server or Oracle DBMS.
• Experience with high-availability database platforms.
• Cloud administration experience in AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Scripting experience in Bash, PowerShell, Python, or Perl.
• Excellent communication skills for technical concepts.
