• Be part of a dedicated team supporting customers with IT solutions.

Requirements

• Completed training or studies in the IT sector or comparable qualification.
• Sound knowledge of Windows/Linux server environments and database systems.
• Experience with monitoring and ticket systems.
• Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Nice to have: Certifications like LPIC, MCSA, MCSE, ITIL.
• Experience with IT security and backup strategies.
