We are looking for a “Senior Analyst, Revenue Operations” to help drive our newly born Blackline Revenue Operations team. We have a world class connected safety system with a talented data team. A key member of the Sales Enablement team, and reporting to the “Senior Manager, Revenue Operations” the incumbent will be critical in establishing operational excellence across Blackline Go To Market organization.

In Short

• Refining Go To Market processes to optimize Sales Velocity, Revenue Potential, and Customer Retention.
• Defining, building, and maintaining various data products and automations using tools such as Power BI, HubSpot, and Excel.
• Designing and building controls in reporting tools to reduce revenue leakage.
• Understanding business requirements and designing data models for insights.
• Assisting in identifying measures and KPIs to drive business decisions.
• Monitoring and analyzing performance of Go To Market functions.
• Owning the end-to-end commissions process.
• Collaborating with Go To Market leaders to maximize sales results.
• Driving the annual sales planning process.
• Working cross-functionally on strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Post-secondary degree in Finance, Analytics, Business, Mathematics, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Data Analytics, or FP&A.
• 5 years of experience with data modeling for reporting.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including Data Analysis and Financial Modelling.
• Previous Power BI experience.
• Experience with SQL and ETL tools.
• Experience with HubSpot.
• Ability to troubleshoot performance issues related to visualization delivery.
• Strong strategic thinking and critical thinking skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
