In Short

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy.

  • Lead and manage a team of Regional Sales Managers.
  • Recruit and develop strategic partner relationships.

  • Lead presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Provide sales forecasts and market intelligence.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in the SMB segment.
  • Experience leading a sales team.
  • Track record of acquiring new SMB clients.
  • Understanding of SMB operational challenges.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Willingness to travel significantly.
