As a Commercial Enterprise Account Manager, your core objective is driving revenue growth within current client accounts by working as an industry subject matter expert and trusted advisor.

  • Develop and execute Account Management Sales strategies.
  • Drive revenue growth within assigned customer base.

  • Execute enablement activities like webinars and health checks.
  • Acquire and share industry knowledge related to trends and competitors.
  • Effectively manage time and juggle multiple client engagements.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years in a comparable position.
  • Ability to translate business challenges into a business case.
  • Confident in demonstrating ROI for cloud software investments.
  • Strong ability to build rapport with key stakeholders.
  • Intermediate level solution selling experience.
  • Experience in Professional Services or Customer Success roles is a plus.
  • Ability to work remotely and travel at least 30%.
  • Competent using sales technologies like Salesforce and Hubspot.
