Overview

We are seeking a hard-working, top-performing Enterprise Account Manager to manage and expand business from existing enterprise accounts, helping to drive sales growth for our SaaS platform.

In Short

  • Manage and expand existing enterprise accounts.
  • Drive sales growth for our SaaS platform.
  • Build and strengthen account relationships.
  • Utilize retention strategies to retain existing customers.
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver effective account reviews and demonstrations.
  • Work collaboratively with Customer Success Managers.
  • Leverage data to enhance sales calls.
  • Prepare proposals and product presentations.
  • Foster long-term relationships with users and managers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales objectives.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Demonstrated selling skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Team player with a resourceful mindset.
  • Experience in technical sales is an asset.
