Overview

The Enterprise Account Manager serves as the direct link between CivicPlus and our top tier customers. This position will be responsible for overall relationship management as well as ensuring adoption and engagement with the CivicPlus solutions. As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will own the client experience taking client satisfaction to the next level.

In Short

  • Clearly and succinctly communicate the company’s value proposition
  • Manage sales and sales related questions
  • Respond to correspondence from clients in timely manner
  • Maintain an active pipeline of forecasted sales to meet monthly quota objectives while working through each opportunity with manager.
  • Manages complex, challenging and/or largest customers within assigned region
  • May mentor and coach lower level/new Account Managers while also attending to their personal job goals and responsibilities
  • Works to improve overall customer satisfaction in assigned customer accounts.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
