Overview

As a Senior Program Manager, you will play a critical role in scaling Hatch’s sleep programs designed for parents, kids and babies. This role will blend operational expertise with strategic planning to build and grow programs that empower parents with expertise tailored to their children’s age and stage.

In Short

• Develop a deep understanding of Hatch’s mission, products, and current offerings.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and content teams.
• Build relationships with sleep consultants and experts.
• Manage tools, budgets, and documentation for programs.
• Scope initial release of programs with stakeholders.
• Design and launch scalable sleep programs.
• Define hiring needs for sleep consultant programs.
• Implement onboarding programs for sleep consultants.
• Establish metrics to evaluate program performance.
• Lead the scaling of Hatch’s sleep programs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of program management experience.
• Proven ability to manage and scale programs.
• Experience managing people, contractors, and consultants.
• Strong operational skills and complex workflow management.
• Understanding of product development life cycles.
• Passion for improving family well-being and sleep health.
• Experience building early lifecycle programs.
