The Senior Program Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering large, cross-functional programs that align with the company’s strategic goals.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in program and project management.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Experience in implementing project management software.
• Ability to communicate effectively at an executive level.
• Experience in project planning, resource planning, and risk management.
• Excellent organizational skills with a proven ability to deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Experience in the healthcare, biotech, or genomics industry is a plus.
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
