Overview

As a Senior Program Manager at McKesson, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of key programs and projects that span multiple business units and segments, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience in Program Management.
• Experience in large-scale initiatives in matrixed organizations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Understanding of project and product management methodologies.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to manage complex matters and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.
