Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in program/project management.
• Experience with marketing technology platforms and Agile frameworks.
• Effective leadership and prioritization skills.
• Critical thinking to solve routine and complicated problems.
• Outstanding communication skills for executive-level audiences.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional groups.
• Excellent conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
• Expert level experience with JIRA.
• Experience in mentoring junior team members.
