Overview

An exciting Senior Program Manager opportunity to join the Program Management team in Research & Development, providing cross-functional program leadership to launch new products or improve existing ones.

• Oversees all phases of the product development life-cycle process.
• Understands Design Control principles and manages gate reviews.
• Organizes regular team meetings to drive decisions and monitor progress.
• Guides teams with creating plans, experimental designs, and reports.
• Leads trade-off assessments to balance product performance and effort.
• Challenges teams to optimize activities to meet business objectives.
• Interfaces with external partners for joint development efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field; MS or PhD preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of program management experience in biotech.
• Experience in research, assay development, or software development.
• Understanding of Next-Gen Sequencing platforms.
• Familiarity with lab informatics systems and processes.
• Certification in Program or Project Management is a plus.
